Using /msg [Nick] Message you may send a private message the player named Nick, e.g. /msg [Sparhawk] Hello!. The square brackets are mandatory! To send private messages comfortably, you best click on the name of the recipient in the chat window if he already send a message. If you click on the name, the start of the command will automatically be entered in the message field and you need to write only the message.
